Apple has temporarily disabled group face time because apparently, an iphone facetime bug allowed anyone to call an iphone, ipad or mac, and listen to the person they are calling before they pick up. Apple is scrambling to fix this catastrophically bad bug that could potentially result in law suits. Basically what you do is, you dial someone, swipe up, insert the originating number by selecting add person before the call is answered. Basically if you add yourself to a face time call before the person you’re calling picks up, you can trick face time into thinking that you’re already on an active call, a group face time conference call which results in the transmission of audio before they have actually picked up your call.
